Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics and dance. This sport involves performing a routine to music using hand apparatus which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon, beginners may also use no apparatus. Body expression is a vital component and is characterized by beauty and elegance of movement. Rhythmic gymnasts learn strength, flexibility and hand-eye coordination in order to emphasize this elegance via jumps, leaps, pivots, balances, and flexibility movements to achieve a graceful performance. The skills in rhythmic gymnastics are beneficial for everyone as it improves mobility and coordination skills that can be used throughout life.

Just wanted to say:

Pablo from Gym Kids has taught gymnastics classes after hours at our school for the past 8 years. He has a very loyal group children, some of whom have been with his club for 5 years. He teaches/ coaches to a wide variety of age groups with various levels of ability. The response from the parents has always been very positive.
